Why install a Rollglider?

Between a zip line and a roller coaster
The Rollglider is a new-generation zip line with curves: suspended from a trolley, the rider follows a winding route, with bends, climbs of up to 15% and several possible levels. Gentle or very dynamic depending on the route, its curves make it a unique, modular and immersive attraction.
Several riders on the same line
Thanks to its anti-collision system, the Rollglider is one of the few zip lines that can carry several riders at the same time on the same line: up to 360 people per hour depending on the model. Double or triple lines even let riders race side by side.

Simple to operate
A traffic management system monitors the track and only allows a departure when it is clear. Depending on the model and throughput, 1 to 4 operators are enough. The VOLT trolleys run for up to 8 hours on one charge, and the Horizon trolleys charge wirelessly on the platform.

A Rollglider tailored to your site
The Rollglider is installed to measure, in forests, mountains, parks or indoors. Its line can be hung from trees, carried by galvanized steel poles, attached to a building's structure (ceiling, columns) or integrated into another attraction, such as an adventure course or a playground. Outdoors, its components are designed to withstand the weather. Its route adapts to your site's terrain, height and theme.
Which Rollglider for which site?

Ski resorts, adventure parks and amusement parks
In the mountains, in an adventure park or an amusement park, the Rollglider adds an aerial attraction above your existing activities. Its line uses the terrain, trees or poles, and its route follows the shape of your site.

Leisure centers and trampoline parks
In a family entertainment center or a trampoline park, the Rollglider flies over the other activities. The Jump & Run model, powered by the riders themselves, adds a racing-style obstacle course.

Shopping centers, zoos and promenades
In a shopping center atrium, the Rollglider becomes an attraction that draws the public. In a zoo or along a promenade, the Horizon model turns the visit into an aerial ride, for up to 360 people per hour.
Rollglider FAQ
What is a Rollglider?
It is a zip line with curves: the rider, suspended from a trolley, follows a winding route, halfway between a zip line and a roller coaster.
How is it different from a classic zip line?
A classic zip line follows a straight cable, and its speed depends on the slope. The Rollglider follows a route with curves, with trolleys that regulate speed, and can carry several riders at the same time on the same line.
Who can ride the Rollglider?
Riders from 95 to 200 cm tall and from 30 to 120 kg: as with roller coasters, it is height and weight that count, not age. The gentler Horizon model is well suited to a family ride.
How many riders per hour?
Up to 180 people per hour with the VOLT model, 240 with the Jump & Run and 360 with the Horizon. The anti-collision system allows several trolleys to run on the line at the same time.
Where can a Rollglider be installed?
In forests, in the mountains, in a park or indoors. Its line can be hung from trees, carried by poles, attached to a building or integrated into another attraction.
How many staff are needed to operate it?
From 1 to 4 operators, depending on the model and the desired throughput. A traffic management system monitors the track and only allows a departure when it is clear.
Can several people race each other?
Yes. The Rollglider can be installed as a double or triple line: riders set off side by side and race each other.
How long does it take to complete a project?
For a medium-sized project, allow 7 to 9 months from the first concept to the first ride.
